If you take our ACT/SAT Test Prep Plusor the ACT/SAT Test Prep Personal Assistand your test score does not improve, you are eligible for a full refund if you meet the following requirements:
- You attend all of the program sessions, take all assigned practice tests, complete all assigned lessons, complete all of your at home1 and work within the time period scheduled for your program.
- You take the official test for which you prepared within 30 days following the final session of your program.
- You present your official test score report(s) to us and request a full refund within 90 days following the final session of your program.
- You must have taken an official PSAT, SAT or ACT test six months or less before the start of your CMA School of Arts and Sciences program. We will compare your prior official SAT or ACT score to your official score on the test you take within 30 days following the final session of your program.
- Your SAT score does not improve by 150 points or ACT score does not improve by 3 points after completing the ACT/SAT Test Prep Personal Assist course.2
For purposes of measuring improvement, we consider an official test score to be your total SAT score (Math, Reading and Writing combined) or your composite ACT score.
If you have taken an official SAT test within six months prior to the start of your CMA School of Arts and Sciences program: We will compare your official SAT for each SAT course section (Critical Reading, Writing, Mathematics) and refund 1/3 of the cost of the program for each section you have not improved your test score.
If you have not taken an official SAT test prior to the start of your CMA School of Arts and Sciences program: We will compare your PSAT for each SAT course section (Critical Reading, Writing, Mathematics) and refund 1/3 of the cost of the program for each section you have not improved your test score. Your previous official PSAT score will be converted to the SAT scale (multiplied by 10).
