Welcome to CMA School of Arts and Sciences!  We look forward to serving you and working together in providing a world class educational opportunity for your child/ren.  Please review the enrollment process below and call our enrollment counselors if you have any questions during the process. 

Three ways to contact an enrollment counselor:

  1. Call 1-888-832-9437 and select option 9 to be connected between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday.  You can also leave a message and we'll return your call within 24 hours. 

  2. Submit an Information Request Form and we'll reply within 24 hours or one business day.

  3. Email your questions directly to: enrollment@personalizededucation.org

Enrollment Process

  1. Review and choose a tuition and payment option to fit your needs
  2. Complete the Online Enrollment Application.
    • Please select a course of interest for the student's first course
  3. Fax in a copy of the student's Transcript and any other required information to 1-866-920-1619
  4. By the end of the next business day, you will be contacted by A representative from CMA School of Arts and Sciences to gather any additional information and to complete the enrollment process. An email will be sent with student login information.  If you do not hear back, please contact the office immediately.
  5. Within two business days, a part-time student will be contacted by the course instructor(s), and a full-time student will be contacted by his or her educational facilitator (EF). The EF will work with the student and family to create a learning plan tailored to the student and select additional courses for the student
  6. Pre-Registration: The above timeline is different for those submitting an enrollment to be processed later, such as submitting an enrollment in the spring for a start date in the fall. One's EF will be assigned closer to the actual start date, usually about one week prior to the start date.
