Computer Requirements

If you are experiencing technical difficulties please visit our Technology requirements to verify that your system meets the minimum hardware and software requirements prior to contacting our technical support team.  Once you have verified that your system meets our minimum requirements and your issue still is not resolved please use one of the three options below to contact a support technician to help resolve your issue.

    • Please include your name, student name, student's educational facilitator, a contact phone number, issue your are experiencing (please provide detailed information) and the system you are using (ie. PC/Mac, web browser - Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari)
